An interactive map for The Nature Conservancy’s Leaders in Environmental Action for the Future (LEAF) program, explaining internship locations and activities around the U.S.
We converted an existing map, which had been created in Flash, to HTML format, mimicking the style of the previous version. Once built, we updated the location-specific content to reflect new information provided by the client.
In an initial round, Adobe Edge was used to create a zoomable interactive map that matched the previous version in appearance. We later updated the piece using the JavaScript library D3 to allow for more efficient content updates.
